These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of notyourscore.com (the "Site"), operated by Not Your Score LLC ("Not Your Score," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What we are — and what we are not

Not Your Score is a free matching and comparison service. We connect consumers seeking personal loans with third-party lenders and marketing partners.

We are not a lender, bank, creditor, or loan broker. We do not make loans, do not make credit or lending decisions, do not set rates or terms, and do not guarantee that you will be matched, contacted, approved, or funded. Any loan you obtain is solely between you and a third-party lender, on that lender's terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state), a U.S. resident, and legally able to enter into contracts.

3. The service and third-party lenders

If you submit a form, we may transmit your information to one or more third-party lenders or partners. We do not control and are not responsible for whether any lender contacts you; the amounts, rates, fees, APRs, or terms offered; any lender's eligibility criteria or decisions; or any lender's products, services, conduct, or compliance. Review any lender's terms and privacy practices carefully before accepting an offer. We do not endorse or guarantee any lender or product.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to submit information on behalf of anyone else without authorization. Submitting false or fraudulent information is prohibited.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your information and agreeing to our consent disclosure, you consent to be contacted by us and our partners at the phone and email provided — including by automatic dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS text — even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT YOU WILL BE MATCHED WITH OR APPROVED BY ANY LENDER.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOT YOUR SCORE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD-PARTY LENDER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED [AMOUNT, e.g., $100].

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Not Your Score LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
