1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you complete a form, we may collect your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, requested loan amount, loan purpose, self-reported credit range, income, employment/income type, and similar details needed to match you with lenders. We do not request your Social Security number or full bank account numbers on our forms.
Collected automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
Consent and certification data. Records evidencing your consent, including a verification certificate (such as TrustedForm or Jornaya LeadiD), the submission timestamp, and the disclosure text you agreed to.
2. How we use your information
To match you with and transmit your information to third-party lenders and marketing partners; to contact you by phone, text, and email about loan offers; to operate and improve the Site; to prevent fraud and verify lead quality; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share your information
With lenders and marketing partners. This is the core of our service. By submitting a form, you authorize us to share your information with one or more third-party lenders and marketing partners, who may contact you and market financial products. You can review the partners and partner categories on our Marketing Partners page. These third parties are independent and have their own policies governing your information once received.
With service providers who perform services for us (hosting, analytics, lead verification, compliance scrubbing, communications). For legal and safety reasons, to comply with law or protect rights and safety. In business transfers, in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
4. Communications and your consent
By submitting your information and agreeing to our consent disclosure, you consent to be contacted by us and our partners at the phone number and email you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message — even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of obtaining any loan, product, or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke your consent at any time, as described in Section 6.
